I work with adults with learning disabilities and I use my art training, design skills and experience to try to create interactive fun learning resources. I feel my ideas and projects can also be used with young people and as a part of sessions to expand on things your are already working on. I find colouring pages can be useful for people of all ages and abilities and often use them to expand ideas and learning. I also create paper art, 3D objects and personalised bunting see my Instagram.

Interesting ice cream activities and worksheets. Help people with colouring, spelling, letters and cutting, use these sheets and ideas using ice creams as a topic to help build skills and engage with people. Can be fun and help people learn at the same time. Work on letters and writing or cutting and sticking skills as they cut out the ice cream to stick on the cone image. Also mixing colours to help build on knowledge of primary and secondary colours with a ice cream twist.

Lego Therapy can help many different people with a wide range of learning abilities. I have experienced people getting really involved and really learning and gaining from the activities I have outlined. It doesn’t matter if your box of Lego is big or small you can create fun and many learning opportunities to help involve and inspire people to use their imagination. I have outlined and provided files to printout to create sessions and activities these can be used by a small or a large group of people. Different activities with details provided and some printouts that you will need to do the activities. You may need to buy or collect some Lego to do some of the activities but many can be done with a decent sized box or collection of Lego.
